Shop Policies & What to Bring

To keep your experience safe, efficient, and cost-effective, we ask all customers to review these policies before booking or dropping off a firearm.

Our Guidelines

unnamed (13)

Appointments Only

  • All work is by appointment. Please schedule online or call ahead—no walk-ins, as we may not be in the shop.
unnamed (14)

Firearm Condition

  • Please bring firearms fully assembled. Guns brought in as parts or “in a box” require significantly more time and result in additional charges.

Ammunition Requirements

  • Factory ammunition only (no reloads or hand loads).
  • Bring the specific type of ammo you’re having issues with.
  • If you don’t have factory ammo, we can supply test ammo for an additional cost.

Magazines

  • Please bring all necessary magazines for testing, especially if your concern involves feeding or ejection.

Testing & Safety

  • Every firearm is test-fired before it’s returned to you to ensure it functions properly.

These guidelines help us serve you better, keep costs down, and ensure your firearm is returned reliable and mission-ready.
