Notes & Policies

Loaded Firearms – all firearms MUST be unloaded and cased – If you are bringing a firearms in that is loaded for repair (squib rounds, stuck round, or casing, unfired round) you MUST notify us in advance.

  • Factory Ammunition Required — no reloads or hand loads accepted for testing.
  • All Firearms Must Be Assembled — additional charges apply for “parts in a box.”
  • A diagnostics fee applies to most jobs, but is waived if work proceeds.
  • Final pricing confirmed after inspection; complex or custom jobs quoted individually.
